Here at Greens Team, we specialise in creating natural set dressings for film and television productions. Operating for nearly 20 years, we've been part of many award-winning productions, including 1917, Barbie, Wonder Woman and Maleficent.

To support the continued growth of the Group and to ensure our finance processes run smoothly, we are looking for a full time finance assistant to provide additional support to our Finance team.

Salary: c.38k, dependent on experience

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30

Contract Type: Contract basis min. 6 months

Start Date: October 2025

Closing Date: 26th September 2025

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

ICB Level 3 or equivalent Familiar with Xero accounting and other accounting software Proficiency in Advanced Excel

Desirable:

Minimum 10 years experience Film Industry experience

Core Duties:

Working alongside existing Finance Administrator: Bookkeeping for Greens Team Ltd and its associated companies, encompassing data entry, bank reconciliations, monthly reporting. Assembling invoices for billing to film production companies, liaising with in house production coordinators and buyers, liaising with production companies' finance departments Accounts payable Accounts receivable Holiday cover for finance colleagues
