We are a well-established asbestos removal and environmental services company, committed to delivering safe, compliant, and efficient solutions for our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team.
The Role
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of asbestos removal projects. You'll ensure that all work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in compliance with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
working closely with senior management to update and distribute information effectively.
Preparing and writing Plans of Work (POWs) for asbestos removal projects.
Organising plant, materials, and equipment for site teams.
Updating and maintaining live project stages daily, ensuring smooth workflow and communication across teams.
Filing, recording, and updating site documentation, including job packs and compliance records.
Ensuring adherence to all current asbestos regulations, HSE guidance, and company procedures.
Liaising with senior management, clients, supervisors, and site staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
About You
Experience within the asbestos removal or construction sector would be beneficial .
Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and project management systems.
Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safe working practices desirable (training can be provided).
Ability to work alone off own initiative
