We are looking for a
Contracts Administrator
to support our
Head of Contracts
in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is crucial in handling administrative duties, coordinating subcontractors, and assisting with project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the
Head of Contracts
with administrative tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
Process and manage paperwork
, including invoicing, O&M manuals, and logging enquiries.
Raise and process orders
for
Minor Works
and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Coordinate with subcontractors
, ensuring they are informed of their scheduled work week on week.
Take detailed meeting minutes
and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct occasional site visits
alongside the Head of Contracts to support project oversight.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in contract administration, construction, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with subcontractors and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general administrative systems.
