We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance requests received via our CRM system. Our brand new CRM utlises AI to cut down on manual tasks and auto allocate jobs into each trade-person's diary and links directly with our clients to reduce manual updates.
Day to day processing of maintenance jobs and allocating to trades' diaries
Creating and processing quotes and invoices
Managing cash flow and following up on unpaid invoices
Managing supplier accounts
Creating and maintaining relationships with sub contractors where required
General admin and office tasks
What we're looking for:
2 + years' experience in an administrative role involving job scheduling
Confident user of CRM software
Good grasp of bookkeeping principles; comfortable in Xero or QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills - pivots, lookups, basic formulas
Meticulous attention to detail and an innate sense of urgency
Clear, friendly phone manner and excellent written English
Right to work in the UK
Nice-to-haves:
Exposure to the property-maintenance, FM or construction sectors
Knowledge of CIS deductions and subcontractor onboarding
