The Role




This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing operations team based in our office in Cheltenham but managing contracts for multiple client projects across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will work to ensure that contracts are maintained accurately in our ERP system. Specifically, this role will include:

Operate as Fleet team lead for all contract issues and queries for designated Service Line Review contracts and highlight errors and issues to ensure contract accurately reflects all requirements of the customer and reflects the correct costs. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements and Industry regulations. Maintain transport planning boards for provisional and confirmed hires and off hiring completed hires Maintain and update all contract records and databases ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. Amend future contracts in line with changes as briefed by Asset Management, Service Lines or Projects teams Monitor and track all contracts due for collection in next 14 days, contacting customers as required to confirm collection or extension. Highlighting delays in collection dates to Projects, Service Lines, Operations and Transport. Amend contracts due for upcoming collection to reflect the correct collection date Amend contracts to reflect missing assets highlighted and / or actual asset collected as part of Missing / Dirty / Damaged process. Liaise with Tech support to plan exchanges and ensure that customer contracts are amended to reflect change in asset. Reporting status of all contract reviews and required amendments and escalating. Creating accounts for supply of gas as required, order gas, coordinate with projects / clients and invoice accordingly Assisting with ad-hoc duties to support the wider business as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:




Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:

Experience of using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft dynamics / Business Central Experience of working in a fast-paced business support role. Evidence of establishing and maintaining excellent business relationships with key external and internal parties. Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills.
