Job Description

QAPM Limited, an all Trades contractor, based in Dundee and are currently recruiting for a full-time Contracts Administrator to work in our expanding office.

Reporting to the Office Manager the successful candidate will work as part of a busy team and will be required to manage and run the day-to-day operations of a maintenance contract.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Receiving works orders through a variety of methods from customers. Recording works orders on our job management system. Organising and allocating works to our dedicated team of tradesmen and subcontractors. Recording details of works carried out on job management system. Raising invoices daily. Reporting and liaising with customers to ensure targets and KPI's achieved. Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, have an accurate and methodical approach to work, organise and prioritise works to ensure deadlines are met. A good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook is essential.

Full training on management system will be giving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,400.00-26,500.00 per year
