Job Description

Role Overview:-



To provide administration support to the Operations Team whilst ensuring compliance, commercial delivery and customer satisfaction

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-



Input and maintenance of contract data information

Weekly timesheet data entry for all operational staff

Collation of monthly reports

Take additional responsibility under direction

Filing, scanning and archiving

Working efficiantly and effectivly to deliver a paper free filing system on a day to day basis

Daily productivity / whereabouts holiday log for Operational Staff

Weekly customer work reports

Operational office duties

Supporting operational Management and Commercial in various administrative tasks

Performance Measures

Achieve 100% accuracy within all aspects of the job role

Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures

Adheres to and complies with data protection policies

Duties and activities are completed within the timescale required

Skills and Experience:-



Proficiency in managing various operating systems & programmes

An intermediate knowledge of Microsot Excel

Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work on own initiative, and as part of a team

Efficiently managing your time to meet deadlines and handle various responsibilities

The ability to work profesionally whilst under presure on multiple tasks when required on contract delivery

Willingness to take on different roles and responsibilities as needed

Interpersonal Skills:-



Overcoming challenges efficiently to keep projects moving forward

Self orginisational skills required in keeping your tasks and workspace organized to mazimise time management efficiently

Ability to maintain professionalism and be empathetic whilst dealing with Customers

A positive approach and able to demonstrate high professional standards

Good telecommunication skills

Working well with others and contributing to group efforts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,957.86-25,000.00 per year
