This Position reports to:


Contract Manager

The role of Contracts Administrator is responsible for key parts of the order handling and execution process including: order loading, raising of purchase orders, invoicing and liaising with suppliers on customers on order status. The role will play a vital part in the contract management of projects supporting other members of the team to achieve successful delivery and execution.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Contributing to order handover phase checking key details and compliance Order loading on SAP in a timely manner Providing order confirmations to customers Raising purchase orders on factories and suppliers Invoicing customers in a timely manner on project completion Clearing of supplier and factory invoices Chasing customer and internal payment overdues Quoting components to customers Contribute to the contract review and debt review meetings and processes Ensure timely responses to business and customer information and support requests

Qualifications for the Role

3+ years of experience in contracts administration and support Experience using SAP Experience in other IT systems such as Microsoft Office Experience in customer liaison and support Great communication skills Ability to work efficiently to timescales Ability to demonstrate a "team" ethic.
