We're looking for dynamic and motivated

Contracts Administrator to take the admin lead and deliver high-impact projects, including large multi-plot housing schemes, retrofit commercial properties, and mass energy efficiency upgrades.

Key Responsibilities



Assisting in project management tasks from handover to post-commissioning (Operations & Maintenance), in line with contract requirements and deadlines. Ensuring daily submission and review of site documentation (e.g., reports, surveys, images). Organising and communicating scheduled works with clarity. Conduct check-ins to review on-site progress and report updates to your line manager. Promoting a positive and collaborative working environment. Escalating any concerns to the Contract Manager/Operations Manager. Supporting the coordination of internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintaining timelines and budgets. Managing material and revenue tracking, including accurate and timely forecasting. Coordinating the scheduling and allocating required resources (materials, labour, lifting equipment, etc.) to support project programmes. Facilitating regular communication with clients, site managers, and internal teams to foster positive working relationships and provide progress updates. Ensuring timely completion and submission of all pre-installation and post-completion documentation (e.g.,

DNO applications, Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), Operation & Maintenance manuals, Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) documents, and electrical certifications

). Collaborating with critical suppliers and subcontractors as needed to meet project requirements. Compiling and distributing progress reports and maintaining accurate site documentation. Assisting in the identification and documentation of potential project risks and supporting the development of solutions. Facilitating the transition and handover process to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team at project completion. Supporting the management of installation teams, including:

Experience Requirements:



Prior experience in project administration, contracts coordination, or similar role within construction, engineering, or renewables (preferred). Strong understanding of

Health & Safety principles

, including risk assessments, method statements (

RAMS

), and site compliance expectations. Ability to ensure all project activities adhere to

H&S regulations

, company policies, and industry standards. Experience managing or reviewing compliance documentation (DNO applications, certifications, RAMS, etc.). Understanding of compliance frameworks within construction, renewable energy, or engineering environments (desirable). Strong organisational and documentation management skills. Ability to coordinate resources, manage schedules, and maintain workflow efficiency. Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-related digital platforms (training provided where required).
