We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts & Commercial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing initial contract stages and beyond, throughout their lifecycle. By facilitating effective communication between clients and the wider Maylarch team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for new commercial leads and managing new client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our approved supplier register. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of contractual agreements and supporting the overall objectives of the organisation.
Duties
To log new enquiries onto the system and give administration support in relation to these
To ensure clients are updated in an efficient and professional way in regards to their enquiries, as required
To maintain project related data
To answer telephone calls into the company in a prompt and professional manner and any messages taken are relayed on to the relevant person and via the correct channels
To assess new suppliers for approval, in accordance with company procedures
To keep approved suppliers list up to date, and follow the pre-approval process where necessary
To provide cover for other Contracts Administrators and the Senior Administrator, as required
To monitor the Barbour ABI portal, and send follow up enquiries, as required
To send introduction emails/sales packs to potential clients
To send prospecting emails to existing/new clients on behalf of Contract Managers
To assist with social media, when required
