About The Role




Group IT are recruiting for x2

Contracts and Commercial Analysts

on a full-time permanent basis.



Reporting into the Contract and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them with all contractual aspects of IT's delivery, including driving commercial efficiencies from current suppliers, close liaison with the IT teams for new services and defining tender requirements for all supplier engagements.


Working with teams across our business, within IT and suppliers, this role is accountable for ensuring compliant, cost-efficient delivery across Group IT.


Skills & experience you can bring to the role:




Contract management, preferably in IT as well as great supplier management skills Expereince of the creation of contract service schedules and service credit regime Knowledge of procurement process including tenders, legal terms and conditions Knowledge of IT service delivery and the interaction between service, cost, quality and service-levels Ability to read and interpret commercial contracts, SLA's and agreements Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills A logical thinker with strong analytical skills Excellent time management skills - able to plan and organise a complex, varied workload to meet deadlines Good project management skills Great stakeholder engagement and supplier management Experienced in management of commercial and stakeholder relationships
