Contracts Coordinator - Flexible Products

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator to join the Powertherm team. The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Divisional Manager in the control and day to day management of the Flexible Products Department.

Main Duties/Tasks:

Receive enquiries and prepare estimates using the ERP system Specify materials for individual applications Prepare fabrication drawings, including jacket design considerations Prepare and issue job cards to Production Carry out site measures Control material stock levels, place orders, and liaise with the supply chain Assisting in production planning and control to ensure all delivery dates are achieved Assisting in the administration and the preparation of departmental budgets, commercial control, invoicing and record keeping Preparation of administrative reports such as KPI and QA/QC metrics Adhering to all HS/QA/QC and environmental and sustainability requirements both company and statutory Participation in the robust inspection regime within the department Driving continual improvement through innovation and technology adoption Cooperate with all interdepartmental contacts to ensure all deliverables are achieved

We are looking for someone who has:

Good communication and organisational skills IT literate Working knowledge of ERP Systems Qualification in CAD design and drawing QHSE knowledge and experience Manufacturing awareness Full UK driving licence

Additional Information

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Location:

Head Office, Sheffield

Travel:

Required to visit various sites throughout the UK; occasional overnight stays may be necessary

Salary:

Dependent on experience
