Are you passionate about tech and curious about the legal side of software? Join our Legal team as a Contracts Intern and gain hands-on experience with Software and Supply agreements, licensing, and data privacy in a fast-paced software environment.

What You'll Do:

Draft and review contracts: NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, DPAs, and more
- Support contract negotiations and redlining - Maintain our contract management system and track key dates


Research legal topics like IP, GDPR, and software licensing Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support Teams Help improve templates and internal legal workflows

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, or related field Strong attention to detail and communication skills Interest in software, SaaS, or tech law Familiarity with tools like DocuSign is a plus
