Job Description
Job Title: Contract Lawyer (Freelance - Ongoing Work)
We are seeking an experienced contract lawyer for a long-term collaboration to provide general legal advice and ensure the legal soundness of our agreements.
Scope of Work:
Review and finalise existing freelance contracts and NDAs
Ensure all documents are legally compliant and enforceable
Provide ongoing legal guidance as needed.
Requirements
:Licensed to practice law
Experience with contract law and freelance agreements
Attention to detail and clear communication
Compensation
:Fixed fee per reviewed/agreement contract - to be negotiated.
Retainer Monthly Fee for general legal advice and support (including Non-Contract related) [Budget 100 -200]

Pay: 120.00-300.00 per month
