Contracts Manager

, you'll be at the heart of that mission, leading projects from handover through to final account and turning bold architectural visions into reality.

Predominantly site-based in London, this role is ideal for a Contracts Manager with a strong understanding of steel staircase fabrication and a passion for delivering exceptional projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING.



Lead internal handover and set up project documentation and folders. Write, update, and manage project programmes. Coordinate with site managers, designers, fabricators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Manage budgets, variations, invoicing, and final accounts with Finance. Oversee subcontract procurement, pricing, and performance. Ensure site readiness, H&S compliance, RAMS, lift plans, and inductions. Carry out regular site and workshop visits to monitor

steel fabrication progress and quality

. Produce weekly project tracker reports for SMT/MD. Support design meetings, RFI management, and procurement of specialist trades. Lead project close-out, including O&M manuals, sign-off sheets, and post-project reviews

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.



Strong project and contracts management experience within construction, interiors or fit-out. Understanding of steel staircase fabrication processes. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Good knowledge of health & safety compliance, RAMS and site logistics. Proficiency in programme management and project reporting tools. Willingness to be predominantly site-based in London.

Pay: 31,370.54-70,182.25 per year
