Flegg Projects recently joined Ainscough Industrial Services who are one of the UK's largest privately-owned industrial engineering companies and supports four other subsidiary businesses; AIS Vanguard Ltd; AIS Wind Energy Ltd, AIS Eurelo Ltd, and VIG 2019 Ltd providing comprehensive engineering services to various industries, including Machinery Installation and Relocation, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Machinery Specialists, Technical and Heavy Lifting, and Wind Turbine Generator Construction. About the role

Your key responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, scoping labour and equipment requirements, preparing costing sheets and quotations, converting opportunities into contracts, and planning & coordinating contract execution. This also involves preparing RAMS and Lift plans and closely collaborating with the branch project delivery teams. Your attention to detail and expertise in Lift & Shift and Machine Moving operations will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of contracts and delivering outstanding results to our clients.

Main Duties

Review tender documentation, conduct site surveys, and scope job requirements Record and manage opportunities in internal management systems Prepare and issue cost sheets and quotations, including capability/capacity presentations as required. Create and manage H&S documentation, including lift plans and RAMS. Monitor and control project costs against progress Coordinate and arrange resources and equipment from both internal and external suppliers. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications/Skills/Competencies

Proven project experience in within the Lift & Shift, Machine Moving, Industrial engineering industry. A good level of IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software. Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and lifting operations Knowledge of machinery installation and relocation procedures o knowledge of industry regulations. Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently attention to detail and accuracy strong organizational and time management skills A full driving license A drive to succeed & be the Best A positive and enthusiastic attitude A Strong Safety ethos Flexibility to travel
