Contracts Manager - Building Refurbishment & Retrofit

Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 DOE plus 5,500 Car Allowance & Benefits

We are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager with a background in building refurbishment & retrofit.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager with a strong technical and construction background, ideally with hands-on experience in high-rise projects, particularly External Wall Insulation (EWI), fire remediation works, and building refurbishments including kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing replacements, fire sprinkler system upgrades, and dry risers. You will be confident in leading, managing, and motivating a team, with excellent people management and communication skills.

The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the Building Safety Act, working knowledge of Gateways and BSR, and be well-versed in Decarbonisation, Retrofit, PAS 2030 & 2035.

We are looking for someone who is commercially and contractually aware, able to anticipate challenges and propose solutions, and demonstrates a strong focus on quality and customer service. A collaborative team player, you will embrace opportunities for training and development to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and bring analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills to the role.

The role of a Contracts Manager at Casey

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Support business plans, monitor progress, and oversee site operations and resources.

Promote Health & Safety compliance, conduct audits, and maintain best practices.

Build and lead effective, motivated teams; support recruitment, development, and retention.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide commercial oversight, manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and implement value engineering.

Support pre-contract activities including tenders, buildability advice, and programme planning.

Foster an inclusive, respectful, and compliant working environment.

What do you receive in return?

Salary between 65,000 - 75,000 depending on experience

Car Allowance of 5,500 per annum

Pension Scheme - We contribute 2.5% more than the employee's pension contribution, up to a maximum of 7.5% (e.g. employee puts 5% in, Casey puts 7.5% in)
