We're looking for a
Contracts Manager
to oversee the delivery of high-profile works. You'll provide leadership, drive performance, and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of highways projects across the South East to include Norfolk, Suffolk & Cambridge
Maximise financial returns and manage contractual risk
Drive operational strategy and ensure compliance with safety and business policies
Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners
Identify commercial opportunities and support long-term work bank growth
Resolve disputes, manage risks, and ensure cash flow targets are met
Promote continuous improvement and share best practice across projects
Support and develop your team, driving engagement and performance
What You'll Bring
Experience in
Construction, Highways, and Surfacing
Strong leadership and contract management skills
NEBOSH or IOSH certification
HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant discipline (desirable)
Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability
A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
IT Data Management (highly desirable)
Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)
