Contracts Manager - Electrically Biased ( UK & Europe)

45,000-65,000 depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager with an electrical bias and a passion for the renewables sector, particularly in microgrid, large-scale commercial energy systems, and the data centre industry. If you're commercially sharp, technically grounded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects not only locally, but also across the UK mainland and Europe, shaping the future of energy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee projects across the UK and Europe, managing contracts from pre-construction through to completion Coordinate scope, schedules, cost control, and resources across multiple sites Act as the principal liaison between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure technical compliance, H&S adherence, and quality control throughout all project phases Contribute to tender responses, technical submissions, and commercial proposals Contribute to upkeeping of accreditations and compliance standards Travel across the Ireland, UK, and Europe to lead and oversee projects

Essential Criteria

Proven experience managing electrically focused projects Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, design principles, and installation practices Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale commercial contracts from pre-construction through to handover across multiple locations Excellent client-facing and contractor coordination skills Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

Desirable Criteria

Experience in microgrids, battery storage, UPS, EV infrastructure, LV/HV or renewables Previous work on large-scale or distributed energy projects Background in LV/HV Familiarity with project management software and reporting tools
