About Us:

Poplars Carpentry Contracting Limited is a well-established and respected carpentry contracting company delivering high-quality projects across Beds, Herts, Bucks and surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager / Estimator to our team.

The Role:

Working closely with the Company Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Estimating carpentry works for both new and existing clients Managing tenders from pricing through to contract award Overseeing projects from award through to completion Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, including site coordination and cost control Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Supporting the day-to-day operational delivery of carpentry packages

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/carpentry sector Strong understanding of carpentry and construction processes Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A proactive, hands-on approach Full UK driving licence
