About Us
Site Group are a leading waterproofing contractor operating across Scotland, delivering high-quality work across residential, commercial, civil, and infrastructure sectors. Our projects range from 10,000 to 1.5 million, with multiple live sites running at any one time. We're known for technical expertise, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.
As part of our continued growth, we're looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of several active projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role
This is a site-focused, operational management role. You'll be responsible for coordinating teams, materials, and subcontractors across multiple jobs -- ensuring smooth project delivery, safety compliance, and consistent quality.
You will also work closely with our Commercial Department to help ensure that all contracts are meeting key budget, margin, and performance targets. This is a collaborative role, focused on the practical and financial success of each job.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple waterproofing projects (typically 10k-1.5m)
Coordinate directly with site supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors
Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
Monitor site progress, health & safety compliance, and reporting
Liaise with clients, foremen, and the office to solve issues as they arise
Maintain good site documentation and records (RAMS, timesheets, checklists)
What We're Looking For
Background in construction, waterproofing, civils, groundworks, roofing or similar
Strong project/site coordination skills (multi-site experience ideal)
Excellent communication, time management, and leadership ability
Able to problem-solve and make practical decisions on site
Full UK driving licence (essential)
SMSTS or SSSTS, and CSCS (preferred or willing to obtain)
