Contracts Manager

to oversee the smooth running of multiple residential projects from start to finish.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing contracts, site teams, and project delivery across our full range of services. This is a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with our sales, office and installation teams to keep everything running efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple domestic projects (conversions, extensions etc.) Liaise with customers, surveyors, and internal teams Schedule labour, deliveries, materials, and installations Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and health & safety Resolve on-site issues, variations, and customer concerns promptly Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project Report progress and KPIs to management regularly

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or Project Manager role Strong understanding of home improvement or small works construction Excellent organisational and leadership skills Confident dealing with customers and subcontractors Knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards Driving licence essential
