We are a leading Fire Engineering and Consultancy Business. We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.

Role Overview

Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management software and tools for efficient contract tracking and reporting.

Advanced knowledge of contract law, compliance, and industry standards.

A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.

Enthusiasm for learning and developing personal skills and knowledge in the field.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) is advantageous but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead contract negotiation processes to establish clear and achievable terms.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.

Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams.

Oversee and support project coordinators, taking full responsibility for the scope of works within their requirements.

Monitor project progress and resolve any contract-related issues proactively.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Requirements

Full UK driving licence DBS checked Strong IT Skills required SSSTS required SMSTS desirable CSCS desirable NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Passive Fire Protection would be beneficial
or

NVQ Levels 2 & 3 in Wood Occupations (Joinery) would be beneficial
