Job Overview


We are currently seeking to recruit a highly skilled Concrete Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of concrete construction processes.

Key Duties

& Responsibilities



Oversee all contractual aspects of agricultural concrete projects, including negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial efficiency. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes. Lead and mentor a team and ensuring strong communication with other construction professionals. Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Prepare and present regular reports on project status, financial performance, and contract compliance to senior management.

Person Specification



Must have at least 5 years' experience within the agricultural concrete/ construction industry. Strong knowledge of concrete methods, materials, and equipment. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and project schedules. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hold a valid UK driving licence. Be willing to travel to sites throughout the UK.
