A long-established and respected electrical and engineering services contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to primarily focus on their Rail Division.
Requirements:
Proven experience within the Building Services sector, with an understanding of rail standards, policies, and procedures an advantage.
Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering both large and small projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, including:
Safety leadership
Programme and schedule management
Risk assessment and mitigation
Financial and commercial management
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to represent the business confidently and build long-term, productive relationships.
Experience of managing all stages of project delivery, from initial design through to project completion, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and industry regulations.
