Contracts Manager

. We are looking for someone who is

and the ability to deal with a demanding workload. You will be responsible for overseeing works to ensure contracts are running smoothly and be our client's point of contact to maintain expectations. You will required to become an

for the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Engineer Supervision

: Oversee the daily activities of engineers, ensuring they are working efficiently, adhering to project timelines, and meeting expected quality standards

Client Liaison

: Engage with client representatives to coordinate site surveys, address questions, and maintain clear communication, ensuring client requirements and expectations are consistently met.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular quality audits on-site, inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client specifications. Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures where needed.

Subcontractor Management

: Supervise subcontractors on-site to ensure compliance with project standards, health and safety regulations, and contract terms.

Health and Safety

: Promote a strong health and safety culture on all sites, ensuring engineers adhere to health and safety guidelines, perform risk assessments, and follow safe working practices. Address any health and safety concerns immediately and escalate issues as required.

Troubleshooting and Support

: Provide support to engineers, resolving issues or obstacles they encounter during the day to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Responding to issues:

resolving queries raised by the client in a prompt and professional manner.

Reacting to emergency works:

Ensuring these are responded to swiftly, ensuring the client is kept up to date, and provided with detailed updates for the resolution or further actions required.

What We're Looking For:

Management experience

(social housing experience preferred)

18th Edition & NVQ Level 3


? Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
? Previous experience of

NICEIC QS

(Desirable)
?

City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing

or equivalent
