Contracts Manager - Nirvana Maintenance (Build to Rent Portfolio)



We are seeking a

highly organised and proactive Contracts Manager

to join

Nirvana Maintenance

, supporting our Operations and EOT Manager in the delivery of first-class services across our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio.This is a pivotal role, sitting at the centre of our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will act as the key link between regional managers, clients, and the wider operations team--driving standards, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping our portfolio running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with the Operations and EOT Manager to manage client accounts across BTR schemes. Conduct daily checks with regional managers on staff attendance, absence, and resourcing. Take ownership of client complaints and operational issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Maintain consistent service standards across multiple regions and sites. Oversee scheduling and job bookings to align with client requirements and SLAs. Support invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Strengthen communication lines between internal teams, regional managers, and external stakeholders. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery.

About You



Proven experience in contracts management, operations, or client account management--ideally within

facilities management, property services, or Build to Rent

. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with both clients and internal teams. Calm and decisive under pressure, with a track record of resolving complaints effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative and financial processes (invoicing, reporting, scheduling). Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with operational/management software systems.

Pay: 37,500.00 per year
