Contracts Manager & Estimator - Landscape Construction & Tree Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager & Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape construction and tree surgery, with excellent knowledge of plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing contracts from tender through to completion Preparing accurate estimates and costings Coordinating and overseeing site operations Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Managing schedules, budgets, and project quality
Requirements:

Proven experience in landscape construction and/or tree surgery Strong ability to read and interpret plans Full driving licence Computer literate (Microsoft Office, estimating/project management software) Excellent communication and organisational skills
