The Role
We are looking for a
Project Administrator / Project Coordinator
to support the delivery of construction projects across the UK. The role focuses on
contract administration, commercial coordination and delivery -phase support
, working closely with the Head of Delivery, sales, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
This is an ideal role for someone organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract negotiations and administration process
Coordinate and administer
contracts, purchase orders and variations
Track commercial commitments and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
Support contract review and negotiation with summaries and clarifications
Assist with
construction administration
including RFIs, submittals and approvals
Support project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules
Coordinate handover from Sales to Delivery and validate scope and timelines
Maintain compliant, well-organised project records and document control
Manage drawings, manuals and certifications in Google Workspace and ERP systems
Coordinate communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Support procurement, change control and payment processes
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Experience in project administration, project coordination or commercial support
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
High attention to detail and structured working style
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
Experience in the
UK construction or fit-out sector
Familiarity with
JCT and/or NEC contracts
Construction-related qualification or relevant industry experience
