to join us on exciting structural repair and maintenance projects across the UK.

What you'll be doing



As a

Contract Supervisor

, you'll support Site Agents, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers in the day-to-day supervision of

Balvac

and subcontractor teams. Your responsibilities will include:


Ensuring works are delivered in line with contract drawings, specifications, and project plans Managing site dimensional control and supporting contractors with setting out Producing and reviewing method statements to ensure safe and efficient construction Monitoring progress, productivity, and programme adherence Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HS&E legislation Preparing and reviewing risk assessments Driving behavioural safety and supporting team performance Reporting on progress and helping achieve project goals


Who we're looking for



We're seeking someone with:


Solid experience in

structural or specialist repair project

delivery A background in

any of the sectors

mentioned above Strong understanding of technical proposals and contracts A proactive, safety-conscious mindset and excellent team collaboration skills

Specialist capabilities include: Concrete repair, including wet and dry spray concrete, Crack injection, Leak sealing injection, Structural strengthening including the use of FRP composite materials, Corrosion Protection and Cathodic Protection, Post tensioning to bridges, tanks and nuclear reactor vessels, Concrete carriageway rehabilitation using vacuum assisted void grouting and slab realignment techniques.
