Job Description

Stratum Masonry is one of Scotland's leading specialist stonemasonry contractors, delivering restoration and conservation works across historic and period properties.

We are a fast-growing business and are looking for a highly organised, proactive Contracts Supervisor to support our operations across multiple live projects and client enquiries throughout central Scotland.

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organisational skills, and takes pride in ensuring projects run smoothly and clients are looked after to the highest standard.

The Role

You will play a vital part in supporting our contracts delivery and client relationships, including:

Coordinating and supporting live projects Managing client communication and enquiries Ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met Producing and maintaining site documentation Scheduling site teams, materials, and subcontractors Assisting with weekly progress reporting and site updates Maintaining quality, health & safety, and compliance standards Monitoring and updating project plans and workflows
What We're Looking For

Strong experience in project or contract support/coordination Excellent communication and client-facing skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Confidence using digital workflow systems and managing email Ability to stay organised, prioritise, and work efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
