Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised Contracts Supervisor to work under our Contracts Manager. They will oversee various residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects day to day, ensuring a smooth delivery and maintaining relationships with clients and the site teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with management experience, leadership qualities, and a solid understanding of construction and project management processes. The Contract Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective organisation and communication.

Duties

Attend pre-start & progress meetings. Leasing with architects. First point of contact for clients & site teams. Monitoring quality of work on site Document progress using photographs, videos & note taking. Overseeing schedule of works. Attending planning meetings.
Please note: additional duties may be required.

Valid driving licence is essential. Company vehicle and uniform will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
