Job Description

Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity exists for a Contracts Supervisor to join our team In the North West of England, covering various long term projects in Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising all aspects of contracts within our organisation.

Duties:

Supervise operatives and Subcontractors on site Weekly financial reporting to the Contracts Manager Ensure that all works are being carried out safely and in line with all current legislation Carry put quality inspections Manage orders and deliveries of materials to ensure constant flow of works Complete site reports on progress and Health & Safety Organise operatives and subcontractors in line with programmes Attend Site management meetings Any other duties in line with the post
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage contracts
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Ability to drive initiatives forward and achieve results
