Contract Supervisor to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis.
This is a full time role overseeing the Repairs and Maintenance contract we service for NIHE. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER? Oversee the delivery of voids, ensuring that all activities are completed to the required standards of quality and compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate and manage the allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work closely with the planning and scheduling teams to optimize resource utilisation
Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor the quality of work performed by operatives and subcontractors, conducting inspections and ensuring that all work complies with company standards and client specifications
Monitor project costs and assist in managing budgets, ensuring that work is completed within financial constraints

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? NVQ L3/4 or equivalent in a Trade Qualification, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related field
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card - Gold / White
Experience in a supervisory role within the repairs and maintenance or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
Proficiency in basic IT skills, including the use of project management software
SSSTS Qualification
Experience working within the social housing sector or on large-scale maintenance contracts
