Job Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Energy Retrofit Project Manager with a proven track record in managing retrofit projects. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience in coordinating and delivering energy-efficient schemes, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on time. The candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, liaising with clients, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with PAS 2030 standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end delivery of energy retrofit projects, including large external wall insulation schemes and smaller internal insulation projects (e.g., flat warm roofs, internal wall insulation, room-in-roof insulation).
Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, provide support, and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including PAS 2030, throughout all project phases.
Organise and lead weekly subcontractor meetings to review project progress, resolve any issues, and ensure that the project is on track.
Be the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships and acting as the face of the business.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health and safety plans.
Use Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word, for reporting, budgeting, and project tracking.
Manage the allocation of resources and ensure that all teams are working efficiently and effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in project management, particularly within the retrofit sector.
Strong understanding of energy-efficient building technologies and systems.
Familiarity with PAS 2030 standards is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Full UK driving license (for site visits)

Pay: 50,000.00 per year
