We have an exciting new vacancy for a control clerk Assistant to join our team at The Felbridge Hotel Gatwick. Our modern hotel features 116 stylish rooms, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing leisure and spa area, complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Conveniently located on the edge of East Grinstead along the A22, we're easily accessible from the M23 and M25 motorways, making us commutable from nearby towns such as Royal Tunbridge Wells, Crawley, and Horley.

Your duties will include:

Processing invoices for payment accurately and on time Reconciling petty cash, daily banking, and financial statements Organising, filing, and scanning financial documents Handling general administration duties related to the finance department Preparing and assisting with the creation of financial reports

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and experience in working with Microsoft Excel. Full training will be given.
