Candidate Requirements:

Full clean UK Driving licence essential Front line Security Guarding or Door Supervision SIA licence Desirable however training can be provided to the right candidate A good understanding of Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, and Outlook Candidate must be flexible Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in the English language Must be able to work as part of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing and supervising operations staff and rosters of key areas Administer electronic time and attendance system Monitor patrol equipment and performance Key holding and alarm response Participate and advise in development of staff and strategic planning Monitor and oversee contingency planning of manpower To manage personnel in line with company Health & Safety procedures Collect, disseminate, and distribute to operational managers, all information regarding operational issues, which require immediate attention. Expedite follow up action as required to resolve such problems Driving duties may be required Addressing and dealing with complaints Coordinates with other departments to integrate and update all data required for internal systems and processes * Ensure staff hours are manged in line with the European working time directive
