Full-Time Control Room Operator
to be the nerve centre of our recovery operation.You'll be the calm voice in chaos, the organiser behind the scenes, and the person who keeps everything moving when it matters most. If you're sharp, switched-on, and good on the phone, this is a cracking role.
The Role
Full-time, office-based
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
12.21 per hour
Full training providedWhat You'll Be Doing
Taking incoming calls from customers and breakdown providers Logging jobs quickly and accurately Dispatching recovery drivers and managing live jobs Tracking progress and updating ETAs Keeping everything organised when things get busy Delivering professional, calm service at all times
What We're Looking For
Confident, clear phone manner Comfortable using computers and job systems Calm under pressure and good at multitasking Reliable, punctual, and organised Control room, call centre, logistics, or office experience is a bonus -- but not essential
