Job Overview

We are actively seeking a FLEXIBLE shift leader to cover both day and evening shifts for our fast paced Taxi Office.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Previous experience in shift leading a bonus!

The position is a PERMANENT role of around 25-35 hours per week with potential for more hours when cover is required.

We are looking for the right person to join our team that is able to commit to a minimum of 3 or 4 shifts per week.

We are a 24/7 business and run 365 days per year so flexibility is required.

Most shifts will be evening shifts from around 2/3pm. Training shifts will be during the daytime or evenings.

Flexibility to cover day shifts during staff holidays etc is also required.

Duties

Taking telephone calls from customers and taxi drivers. Data input into our computer systems. Taking immediate and advanced bookings, including out of town trips. Taking payment from customers. Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints. General office duties.

Skills Required

It is essential that you can type quickly.

Attention to detail. Clear telephone voice. Confident and polite telephone manner. The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Excellent computer and keyboard skills. Excellent customer care skills. The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner. An awareness of confidentiality issues. Good time-keeping and reliability. Positive attitude towards work. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good knowledge of the Falkirk area is essential.
Pay negotiable, depending on experience.
