We are seeking additional Control Room Operators to work from our head office location. This role involves observing and responding to alarms, alerts, and other indicators, ensuring smooth and safe operations, and coordinating responses to incidents or emergencies as they occur.
Generic duties would include:
Ensuring all staff book on and off shifts.
All staff maintain lone worker procedure.
Allocation of callouts to mobile response staff.
Monitoring of alarm and CCTV activations
Continuously observing and analyzing data from various systems, equipment, or processes.
Responding to alarms, alerts, and other indicators, taking appropriate action to address issues or incidents.
Communicating with relevant personnel, emergency services, or other stakeholders regarding incidents, issues, or operational status.
Maintaining detailed records of system status, incidents, and actions taken.
