To lead and manage the Control Tower operations for the technology logistics service across the region. This role combines local site leadership responsibilities with coordination and oversight of regional logistics sites. The Control Tower Lead will ensure all communications, billing, and reporting are effectively managed and consistent across all sites. The role will also represent the logistics team in client meetings and drive performance and service delivery in accordance with client SLAs.
Key Duties and responsibilities
Lead and manage the Control Tower and Techsuite team at the local site.
Coordinate activities, reporting, and issue resolution across all regional logistics sites.
Ensure consistent client communications across all active accounts.
Provide accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) across the region.
Oversee and validate billing activities across sites to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Represent logistics operations in client meetings, providing updates on KPIs, project status, and issue resolution.
Organise and manage shift coverage, timekeeping, and performance of staff.
Support onboarding and training for new staff across regional locations.
Escalate operational risks, client issues, or staffing gaps to senior leadership in a timely manner.
Maintain alignment with client SOPs and internal process documentation across all sites.
Ensure all reporting is tracked, supported, and auditable.
Champion continuous improvement in communication, process consistency, and service delivery.
Ensure high standards of Health and Safety across all operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Degree level with A-Level education and 7 GCSEs or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and confident in presenting to clients.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team across multiple sites.
Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
Experience working in logistics or supply chain preferred.
Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
