Controls Compliance Manager - EMEA - 12 month FTC

We're looking for a Controls Compliance Manager to join our Finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll be the heartbeat of SOX compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring our control environment is not just ticking boxes--but driving excellence.



What You'll Do

Own the SOX Compliance Calendar :

Track and manage deadlines for 100+ control instances across EMEA. No control left behind.

Quality Review with Precision :

Dive deep into control documentation, testing evidence, and remediation plans. You'll be the final set of eyes before sign-off.

Partner Across the Business :

Collaborate with 40+ control owners--from Ops to sales to Finance--to ensure controls are executed timely, documented, and understood.

Feedback That Fuels Growth :

Provide constructive, actionable feedback that helps teams elevate their control game.

Report with Confidence :

Keep leadership informed with crisp updates, risk flags, and progress reports. You'll be the go-to for control health in the region.
