We are continuing to grow and are seeking a
Conversion Operator
to join our team.Conversion Operator
Continuous rotating 3-shift pattern: earlies/lates/nights, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Packing finished products Machine minding (full operator training provided) Conducting quality checks on finished goods Visual inspection of incoming goods Completing process documentation
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
Be comfortable working in a production environment with a strong focus on teamwork Be capable of following quality management systems and adhering to standard operating procedures Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively Be able to work efficiently in a task-focused environment
This is a full-time, permanent role based on a standard 37.5-hour week across a rotating 3-shift pattern. Candidates should ideally be flexible and willing to adjust working hours when required to meet operational needs.
