Bluestone's Digital department is seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager. The candidate will be responsible for improving website performance through testing, analysis and user experience enhancements As our CRO Manager, you'll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our conversion optimisation initiatives across digital platforms. You'll work at the intersection of data, UX, content and development to improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact. This is a full-time and permanent role on a 40 hour contract and requires experience within the industry at management level. We welcome discussions about remote and hybrid working arrangements.
