The Role
You'll manage a full caseload of
residential property transactions
, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, from instruction through to completion. You'll be working closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure each transaction runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
Drafting contracts and preparing all necessary legal documents.
Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining excellent communication with clients and third parties.
Delivering high-quality client service with professionalism and care.
About You
3+ years PQE (essential)
with proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
Confident, proactive, and organised.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Looking for long-term growth within a forward-thinking firm.
Able to commute to our
Blackburn office (87-89 Regent St, BB1 6DR)
full-time.
