Role Overview:



My client is looking for an experienced, dynamic and commercially minded Residential Conveyance / Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join its growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a range of residential property matters while driving the department forward through strategic thinking and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage a caseload consisting of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases. Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents. Liaise with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of the transactions. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations throughout the transaction process. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases handled. Provide updates to clients on the progress of their transactions and address any concerns promptly. Research and report on legal and regulatory updates and developments Conduct thorough legal research and provide expert advice on property-related matters. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the department. Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide a seamless, multi-disciplinary service to clients.

Required Skills:



Experienced Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / with sound experience in residential property law. Ability to manage a wide range of residential property transactions independently. Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to business development and a strong desire to drive the department forward. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to build long-term client relationships Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service. Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Proficient in using legal software and technology for case management. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
