Residential Conveyancer

to join their Leeds office.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing a full residential caseload from instruction through to completion. Handling sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, unregistered titles, new build and shared ownership transactions. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and delivering excellent client service. Working with modern case management systems and a dedicated support team to keep caseloads manageable.

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in residential conveyancing (Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor). Confident in running files independently with minimal supervision. Strong technical knowledge across the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client-care skills. Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
