We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. This position demands strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the conveyancing process.
Duties
Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish, including the preparation and review of legal documents.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Be experienced in conveyancing for residential purchases, sales, remortgages and transfer of equity.
Be knowledgeable on both freehold and leasehold conveyances.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process.
Provide clear communication to clients regarding their transactions, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Utilise IT systems for document management and communication purposes.
Ensure due diligence and compliance on conveyancing files.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
At least two years' experience in conveyancing or a related field is preferred.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent organisational abilities to maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
Proficiency in case management software and outlook 365.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients.
Salary
25,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
