Key Responsibilities

Handling a caseload of property transactions independently and efficiently. Providing expert advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Proactively managing timelines and achieving deadlines.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a strong background in conveyancing, with demonstrable experience managing their own caseload. Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor or an experienced Fee Earner. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Be detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional client care. Have a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
