We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property transactions, ensuring that all legal processes are followed accurately and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Responsibilities
Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
Conduct property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues or risks associated with the transaction.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence in accordance with company policies.
Utilise IT systems for document management, case tracking, and communication with clients.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Qualifications
Proven experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is preferred but not essential for candidates willing to learn.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
